To regain your confidence you can then sign up for free cycle training lessons with Hackney Council.
“Anyone 11 and over living, studying or working in Hackney is entitled to a FREE one-to-one cycling lesson with a professional trainer. Those under 16 years old must have a parent/carer with them. The lesson could also be a family lesson. To book yourself some training, call Cycle Training on 020 7231 6005″
Or sign up to join a free skyride, group lead cycles through local areas for all ages and abilities.
