Before we start, we’ll go through a comprehensive fitness assessment; discuss your personal goals and aspirations; and work together to formulate a plan to meet those goals.
Once that’s in place, we’ll work together as regularly as you’d like to build towards your targets. Our sessions can be outside in the local area, in your home or place of work, or in a private personal training studio – whichever suits you best.
Although you’ll have to work to achieve the goals you’ve set yourself – otherwise, what’s the point?! – I strive to make your training as fun and interesting as possible. Because I hate gyms, and I’ve never believed that being fit and healthy needs to be boring and competitive.
If that strikes a chord with you, get in touch to arrange a chat over a cuppa.
