As your Personal Trainer I will consider your individual needs, and provide you with a unique tailored programme to achieve your individual goals.

I will guide you through the exercises and stretches ensuring you are working to your full potential in a safe and effective manner.

I will also support to make lifestyle changes and offer nutritional advice to ensure maximal results in your fitness, health and weight loss.

Sessions are flexible to fit in around your schedule and can be delivered in your local park, at your home, or at your office.


£45 per 1 hour session 1:1

£60 per 1 hour session 1:2 divide the cost with a friend and only pay £30 each per session

Discounts are available for block bookings

5 sessions paid for in advance- £220

10 sessions paid for in advance- £430

15 sessions paid for in advance- £600

All block booking need to be used within 3 months of booking.

Before we start, we’ll go through a comprehensive fitness assessment; discuss your personal goals and aspirations; and work together to formulate a plan to meet those goals.

Once that’s in place, we’ll work together as regularly as you’d like to build towards your targets. Our sessions can be outside in the local area, in your home or place of work, or in a private personal training studio – whichever suits you best.

Although you’ll have to work to achieve the goals you’ve set yourself – otherwise, what’s the point?! ;-) – I strive to make your training as fun and interesting as possible. Because I hate gyms, and I’ve never believed that being fit and healthy needs to be boring and competitive.
